Extra footage

 There were certain scenes that we shot during production ,but in post production it was cut off because of the lack of continuity and it died not look good.

These are some of the scenes that we cut during editing or they are extra shots:

 1. Running scene ;We shot this scene  as extra in case we wanted to add the clip with ellipses to show the protagonist Ali running and  make the editing to transits to face paced editing after a normal slow paced establishing shot .This would have made our film more kind of unstable so we decided not to put it in.

2.Headphones Closeup ; This was one of the most creative shot that I decided to put into the film opening. This simple closeup depicted deeper creativity that we were deciding to  put into the film. I thought that this closeup of headphones with the music fading off  would show the end of life. But however when we discussed the idea with our teacher he asked us to not to add this scene as already two subjects; archetypes are in the frame,  focusing on a something else in the frame at that time can be considered unrealistic and unnecessary by the audience.

3.Chasing Scene ; This scene looked like a chaos when added to the film while editing. When my editor showed this scene to me I was so disappointed as it looked so bad that I decided him not to add it at every cost. This scene  did not even match the aesthetics of our film opening and made it look unrealistic and a dark comedy. So as a director it was my responsibility to portray my film's genre as it. is
