Editing

 All of the editing decisions were taken together along with the major editor Haseeb. As in one of our scenes there continuity lacks, our teacher asked us to add a glitch or some effect to manage the overall effect of continuation. Then the Ending that we wanted ,was something that we didn't like after it was shot. 

There is a scene was a scene where our Ali runs after Sarah to kill her with the brick in his hand. Now the decision to kill Sarah with the brick was something unconventional and decided by us on the spot.

This was to show the intensity of ruined mental condition of Ali and it also gave a more horrifying look giving shivers to audience's spine. However this shot didn't look good at the post production time. The scene  of running after her looked more unrealistic and cliché that did not meet the overall eerie environment of the film.

So we decided to cut the scene and end the Film opening at the point where Ali says " Did you really you can get rid of me this easily".

Another collective decision of editing was the decision to put an extra scene of headphones; where there is a zoom in to the headphones which just fell on the ground and sound's fading away with camera dolling in. We decided not to keep that shot in as it looked unrealistic because already two subjects; Ali and Sarah were in the frame, lifting the camera's focus from them and putting the focus on third object would definitely have made our film with lack of continuity.

Another major decisions of sound, effects , dialogues were taken by our editor.
